I choose to be the pinoy backpacker beacuse I choose not to forget who and what I am. This gives me enough contrast to appreciate my being Filipino and at the same time to abhore the bad things that come along with it.  Seeing different places and people give me more insight to the beauty of humanity and the cultures they adapt. The wider the repertoire of places I take on, the more I see that we are the pivotal part of this majestic orchestra of God called nature.
